Things Customers Ask Us

Is there a minimum order size?

No minimum. Whether you need 10 pallets or 10,000, we'll get you a fair quote. Bulk pricing kicks in once volume makes sense, but we never turn away small orders.

How long does a custom pallet build take?

It depends on the spec and quantity, but most custom builds turn around in 2–5 business days. We'll give you a firm date when we confirm the order — and we don't blow through it without calling you first.

Do you deliver outside Zeeland?

Yes. Our standard service area covers Zeeland, Holland, Grand Rapids, and surrounding West Michigan towns. Outside that area we evaluate case-by-case — call and ask. For pickup at our yard at 9471 Henry Ct, anyone is welcome.

How does the pallet buying / pickup work?

Tell us roughly how many pallets you have and what condition they're in. We come out, take a look (or just load up if it's a known regular pickup), and pay on the spot for qualifying loads. For high-volume sites we set up recurring routes.

Do you offer heat-treated (HT) pallets for export?

Yes. We can manufacture or treat pallets to ISPM-15 standards and stamp them on-site. If your shipment needs HT pallets, just let us know in your quote.

What if a pallet shows up damaged or the count is short?

Inspect your order at delivery and let us know within 48 hours by emailing Danae@ajspallet.com or calling (616) 875-8900. We work in good faith to resolve legitimate issues — that's part of being a local partner instead of a big-box vendor.

How do I pay?

An invoice goes out at delivery or pickup. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order — for established customers, that's typically Net 30. New customers or large orders may require payment up front, and we'll talk you through that during the quote.
